Dressmakers

I borrowed a dress from my cute friend Stacie, so that I could copy it. I added the ruffle, bookbinder's tape border (the linen ribbon), and made up a flower. Penny made herself a dress too out of some scrap fabric I had lying around while I was sewing. She seems to really like it. Probably even more than the one I made her. She looks so proud of herself.

To see the butcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker pics click here. I decided not to keep double posting for those of you that read both my blogs.

You MADE that dress? Sheesh. I'll never be able to be crafty like you. It is so adorable. And I love Penny's face in her "wrapped in fabric" dress. She's so dang cute.
